How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A typical kitchen remodel takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on scope. A full gut remodel with new cabinets, countertops, tile, and appliances will take longer than a cosmetic refresh. We give you a realistic timeline before we start and we stick to it.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most bathroom remodels take 2 to 4 weeks. A full master bath gut renovation may take longer. We'll give you a specific timeline in your written scope of work.
How long does a basement finish take?
A full basement finish typically takes 6 to 10 weeks depending on size and scope. We coordinate all trades — framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and trim — under one roof.
What happens if something unexpected comes up during the project?
If anything changes during the project, we talk to you first — always. We never proceed with changes that affect cost or scope without your approval.
Do you clean up during the project?
Yes. We clean up every day. Your home is treated with respect throughout the entire project. We also do a thorough final cleanup when the job is complete.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, when permits are required we pull them. All work is done to code. We handle the permit process so you don't have to.

How do you price your projects?
We provide a written scope of work and a clear quote before any work begins. Our pricing is honest and upfront. If anything changes during the project, we talk to you first.
Do you require a deposit?
